Why do lighter shades pair with the inner dress?

Our lighter shades (e.g. beige, green, white) are real cotton-linen-viscose. Natural fabric breathes and drapes beautifully but has some transparency in bright sunlight. We designed our Cotton-Linen Inner Dress to layer underneath for the cleanest finish. Darker shades wear beautifully on their own.

How do I care for my abaya or hijab?

To preserve the beauty of your garment, we recommend hand washing or using a delicate machine cycle with air drying.

Silk pieces are best cared for through professional dry cleaning.

It is a very cute dress, however I wish I would have sized up. Although I did use the size chart and measured, I’m not able to put it in the dryer because the sleeve length and the overall length are barely long enough… I can’t afford for it to shrink at all. For reference, I am 5’6 and around 160 pounds. I ordered the size large. The bodice is also fitted, even with the back lacing not tightened. Another reason I would recommend sizing up - for a more modest fit. Over all it’s still a beautiful and comfortable dress and I would recommend it and I will definitely wear it a ton, I would just personally size up next time. :)

I ordered the large lace up linen abaya. The natural fabric breathes wonderfully and feels good on. The lace up style is flattering and comfortable. I really like it. Definitely recommend. Note: I purchased a large, but my 17 inch wide shoulders make it a tight fit there. Might want to size up if you have broad shoulders, since this fabric has no stretch.
