Orders and Shipping

When will my order ship?
Processing is usually 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. During launches, sales, or holidays it may take a little longer.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout and on our Shipping policy. Estimates start after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
How much is shipping? Do you offer free delivery?
Shipping rates and any free-shipping eligibility depend on your destination and order value. If free shipping applies, it will appear automatically at checkout. For full details, see our Shipping policy.
Where are you based? Will I have to pay customs fees?
We’re based in the Netherlands and ship worldwide through our trusted logistics partners. You won’t pay customs fees on delivery. Duties are covered by us and the total you see at checkout is final.
Do you ship to my country?
If your country is available, it will appear at checkout automatically. If you can’t find your country at checkout, contact us and we’ll try to help.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after handover to the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We try to process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If there’s still no movement after 3 business days, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Full details are available on our Returns page.
How do I start a return?
Use our contact page and include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. We reply within 48 hours with approval and return instructions.

Returns are handled via our logistics partner. You’ll receive the correct return address after approval. Please don’t ship before approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping unless we sent a damaged or wrong item. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving your parcel. After processing, allow up to 2 business days for the refund confirmation email. Banks may take additional time to post the funds.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll help you place a new order once your return is approved.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund after review. We may provide a prepaid label where applicable.
Can I return sale items?
Final sale items as marked are not returnable. All other items follow the standard 30-day policy if in original condition.
My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What now?
First, check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building reception. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 7 days and include your order number so we can assist.

Sizing and Fit

How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide on the product page and choose based on your height and preferred fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure about length, contact us and we’ll recommend the best option.
Will the fabric shrink after washing?
Some natural fabrics may shrink slightly after the first wash. We design certain pieces with this in mind so the length sits correctly over time. Always follow the care label for best results.

Materials and Care

What fabrics do you use?
We focus on natural and plant-based fibers like linen, cotton, silk, and viscose blends for softness and drape. We avoid polyester.
How do I care for linen, cotton, and silk?
  • Linen Gentle cold wash, reshape, hang dry. Softens over time.
  • Cotton Cold wash, low tumble or air dry. Warm iron if needed.
  • Silk Dry clean preferred. If hand washing, use cold water with silk-safe detergent and hang dry.
Always follow the care label on your garment.
Do your fabrics wrinkle?
Natural fibers like linen can wrinkle as part of their texture. We choose weaves and finishes that keep a clean look while staying breathable and comfortable.
Is viscose “synthetic”?
Viscose is made from plant cellulose (wood pulp) and is used to add softness and drape. We use it when it improves how a piece feels and moves, without relying on polyester.

Addresses and Delivery Exceptions

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.
I entered the wrong address. Can it be changed?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Where are returns processed?
Returns are processed at our partner warehouse. The return address is provided after your request is approved.
