Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Processing is usually 1 to 2 business days.
- During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Estimates
- United Kingdom: Standard Delivery 4 to 6 business days.
- United States: Standard Delivery 5 to 7 business days.
- Canada: Standard Delivery 5 to 7 business days.
- Australia: Standard Delivery 5 to 7 business days.
Estimates start after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier network issues, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
- Tracking is provided for all shipped orders.
- Tracking may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after handover to the carrier.
Carrier Liability and Insurance
All parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order is handed to the carrier, they are responsible for its delivery. In the rare event of loss or damage, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier so you can receive compensation as quickly as possible. Resolution times depend on the carrier investigation process.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs checks, import duties, and taxes set by your country.
- Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control these charges.
- If an order is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties, original shipping fees and any return fees may be non refundable.
Address Accuracy
- Ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers.
- We are not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change the address.
PO Boxes and Remote Areas
- Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If this affects your order, we will contact you for an alternate address.
- Remote locations may have longer transit times.
Partial Shipments
To avoid delays, we may ship items separately if part of your order is ready. You will receive tracking for each parcel.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.
- For damaged items, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns Due to Non Delivery
- If a parcel is returned because delivery was refused, duties were unpaid, the address was incorrect, or the parcel was unclaimed, we can reship for an additional shipping fee or issue a refund minus original shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We try to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing.
