We hope you love your order. If not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. We reply within 48 hours with next steps.
Use our contact page and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. If damaged or wrong item, add clear photos.

Full Return Policy
Eligibility
- Request your return within 30 days of delivery. The 30 day period starts on the day your tracking shows delivered.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, scents, or damage, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Non returnable items include final sale items as marked, gift cards, and any item that is not in resaleable condition.
How to start a return
- Contact us at zailarah.com/pages/contact with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason.
- We will respond within 48 hours with your return authorisation and the return address. Do not ship before approval.
- Include the authorisation number inside the parcel.
Return shipping
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless we sent a damaged or wrong item.
- Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our warehouse.
- For international returns, mark the parcel as “Return of goods” to avoid extra duties. Duties paid on the original order are not refundable by us.
Processing time
- We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving your parcel.
- After approval, allow up to 2 business days for the refund confirmation email. Banks may take additional time to post the funds.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item price only. Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If an item is returned used, missing tags, or not in original condition, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us and we will help you place a new order once your return is approved.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will replace or refund after review. We may provide a prepaid label where applicable.
Undeliverable or refused parcels
- If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the parcel was unclaimed, duties were unpaid, or delivery was refused, we can reship for an additional shipping fee or refund the item price minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.
Order changes and cancellations
We work quickly to dispatch orders. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Returns are processed at our partner warehouse. The address will be provided after your return is approved.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, carrier network issues, or other factors outside our control.
Carrier liability and insurance
All parcels ship with tracking and insurance. Once we hand your parcel to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier. Resolution timing depends on the carrier investigation.
